Payment for respective packages is due in full; at time of contract signing and is non-refundable.

Contract is good for one year from the date of original signing by customer.

Discounts are for services unrelated to maintenance plans and have hourly labor rate of $85.00 with two (2) hour minimum for rendered on-site services.

Diagnostics include minor adjustments to operating system and installed programs.

Computer will be checked for proper levels of Virus Protection and customer will be advised of results.

Computer will be checked for proper levels of Security Protection in regards to the Internet.

Minor adjustments for Virus and Security related software may be made at customer's request.

* Plans including Computer Inspection will consist of visual analysis of components for signs of damage.

* Plans including Interior Case Cleaning will consist of dust and debris removal from components and case.

* Plans including Basic Instruction will consist of one (1) hour scheduled class per diagnostics schedule.

* Plan covers one computer that has current operating system installed and has been conditioned and prepared at hourly labor rate prior to start of maintenance plan.
